Providing non-comprehenssive ÀMC service for carrying out periodical planned maintenance of Rotork /Biffi / Auma and other make MOV Actuators and  Providing breakdown maintenance of Rotork/Biffi Auma and other  make MOV Actuators

• Physical inspection checking.
• Actuator Overhauling if Required.
• Power cable, fuses & loom connector tightness checking.
• Lubrication gear case oil level checking.
• Limit & Torque switch checking for proper functioning.
• Open/ Close feedback checking.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
• Motor Healthiness Checking.
• Cover Allen bolt tightness, Oil seal & O-ring condition checking.
• Greeceing of Allen Bolt and All Covers of Actuators.( Starter, Switch Mech & Terminal Cover)
• After maintenance operation of mov checked in local /remote.
• We Shall give impart Training for the staff looking after the maintenance of Actuators so that they are able to manage the minor problem during emergency /odd hours.
